Myer H. Roszler, M.D.

A partner with Radiology Associates of South Florida, Dr. Roszler is an attending at Baptist Hospital of Miami, South Miami Hospital, Homestead Hospital, and Baptist Outpatient Centers. He currently serves as medical director in emergency radiology at Baptist Health Systems of South Florida. Dr. Roszler has also worked at the Detroit Receiving Hospital, Harper Hospital, and Hutzel Hospital. He was previously associate professor of radiology at Wayne State University 's School of Medicine.

Dr. Roszler is a well-published author, including more than twenty observations in peer-reviewed journals. His publications on the radiology of intravenous drug abuse and cocaine are the most definitive in the field. He was a pioneer in the evaluation of the accuracy of resident accuracy in emergency radiology. He has held a number of editorial and leadership positions, including authoring The American College of Radiology's Emergency Radiology Syllabus II, editing the Journal of Emergency Radiology , reviewing manuscripts for the American Journal of Roentgenology, and serving on the editorial board of the Journal of Emergency Radiology.

Dr. Roszler is currently treasurer of the American Society of Emergency Radiology and in charge of the International Teleradiology project for RASF in Jerusalem, Israel.

Dr. Roszler received an undergraduate degree at the University of California at Los Angeles and an M.D. from Loyola University of Chicago Stritch Medical School. He completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Pittsburgh 's School of Medicine.
