Lyn Nadel, M.D.

A member of the Radiology Associates of South Florida, Dr. Nadel is an attending radiologist at Baptist Hospital of Miami, South Miami Hospital, Homestead Hospital, and Baptist Outpatient Centers. She has served as an instructor in neuroradiology and an assistant professor of radiology at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Nadel has been an attending radiologist at Jackson Memorial Medical Center at the University of Miami, Pal Med Radiology and Diagnostic Services at Palmetto General Hospital, and Jackson South Community Hospital.

Dr. Nadel has been published a number of times on subjects including primary linitis plastica of the colon and rectum, magnetic resonance imaging in schizophrenia, and CT and MR imaging of the central skull base. Dr. Nadel has written multiple abstracts on topics such as MR imaging in the evaluation of facial pain and perineural tumor extension through the foramen ovale.

Dr. Nadel received an undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and an M.D. from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She completed an internship in pathology at Beth Israel Hospital, a diagnostic radiology residency and a fellowship in neuroradiology and MRI at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals, and a fellowship in neuroradiology and MRI at Medical College of Virginia.
